Binance co-CEO Richard Teng: Hackers used fake interviews, AI to steal $6.3 billion crypto
Crypto exchange Binance has managed to restore 98% of the $6.34 billion in assets that were compromised, as detailed in a security report released by the platform on Tuesday.
Richard Teng, the co-CEO of Binance, disclosed that the malicious actors employed a combination of fraudulent job interviews and an artificial intelligence tool to successfully steal the substantial sum of $6.3 billion.
