Nvidia CEO reportedly targeted by an alleged Chinese spy

An executive at Megaspeed, a data center firm operating out of Singapore, named Alice Huang or Huang Le, has been under scrutiny for allegedly moving Nvidia chips into China. This individual, who shares a name with the Nvidia CEO, is not related to him. American authorities initiated surveillance and monitoring of her after she was previously suspected of illicitly transporting Nvidia components to the country.
According to a fresh investigation published by the New York Times, US intelligence agencies maintain that Jensen Huang, the chief executive of Nvidia, has been the subject of targeting by an alleged Chinese spy. This individual is reported to have maintained a close professional connection with the tech company's leader, having conducted business with him. The New York Times conveyed that officials concluded she was operating as an intelligence operative for China, transmitting proprietary business data to Beijing, based on information from sources who requested anonymity.
