An executive at the Singapore-based data center Megaspeed, named Alice Huang, was reportedly found by American intelligence agencies last year to be passing sensitive data to China, according to a report published by The New York Times on Thursday. In response to this publication, Nvidia rejected a fresh report suggesting that CEO Jensen Huang himself had been the focus of a Chinese intelligence operative. The company asserted that these claims of information diversion were "thoroughly investigated and debunked last year." Nvidia also disputed the New York Times' account that U.S. intelligence bodies were monitoring an individual affiliated with CEO Jensen Huang due to worries she might function as a Chinese spy.
